Availability - Availability on
our merchandise is posted on each product page. Typically, most merchandise is available
for shipment within 2-3 days after your order is placed. If for some reason
the date (color, size etc) stated on our web site is different from our
supplier's confirmed information [after you place your order], we will
notify you of the available dates etc., via email, fax or phone.
Do I Get The
Absolutely. All units sold by Global Discount Products are factory sealed; and with
the Original manufacturers warranty if the manufacturer gives one. See our
for items that may need to be returned.
Manufacturers are constantly updating
their product lines and eliminating some models. Should you learn of a new model on the
market which is not listed on our web site, please
call us for information. In addition, manufacturers are continuously changing their cost
prices. When prices are lowered, we will pass the savings on to you. If a price goes up,
we may be obliged to increase our price. We will contact you in the event of a price
change to secure your instructions. Please be assured that we will do our best to meet or
beat any authorized competitors' price (on the same unit with proof of advertised price at
the time of ordering). Price matching is only applicable to identical conditions of sale.
The item must be in stock at the other authorized dealer (not a floor sample or open
box special item), not be a club "members' price". We naturally do not
match other dealers typographical errors.
Products accepts all major credit cards which includes Visa, MasterCard, American Express
and Discover. We ship within the Continental United States
only. At this time we are unable to ship to FPO, APO, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands,

reserve the right to cancel any order. We are not responsible for ERRORS MADE IN

Should this occur, you will be notified by email or phone, and given the option to accept

Products cannot be held responsible for items on backorder. Some of the items we list for
sale have a very large demand.
Any orders placed online that are later canceled
by customers, may be subject to a 5% processing and/or re-stocking fee depending on
the status of the order upon time of cancellation. This fee may be up to 15% of the total
amount of the order. This fee, to a great extent, depends on what our
wholesalers charge us to cancel an order with them.
UPS Tracking - Once shipped you may view your
packages current status via our Order Tracking Link located on the
right Link sidebar of
our web site's Home Page. Prior to shipping, e keep you continually
updated via E-Mail. Please read our Order Processing Procedures written in
our Shipping Policy.
Nevada, and in some cases California, residents
will automatically have sales tax added at time of checkout.
Regardless of the shipping address on your order, all orders designated for
shipment within Nevada will be charged 8.25%, and all orders designated for
shipment within California will be charged 8.25%. If your order for any reason did not add tax, please be aware that
